Selling ringtones is very rewarding and our program is designed to make it easy for all music Artist to begin selling ringtones to fans today.
All you need are songs or image files available on your computer.

If I sell my tones, who sets the price of my tones and how much do I get paid?
New Artist ringtone prices are set at $0.99 for the first 1,000 ringtones sold. See additional pricing chart below:
- 0.99ea. for 1,000 ringtones sold
- 1.99ea. for 2,000
- 2.49ea. for 2,500
- 2.99ea. for 3,000
- 3.50ea. for 3,500
- 3.99ea. for 4,000
How much do I get paid?
You earn between 15-40% of your sales depending on ringtone sales. See earning rates below:
- 1,000 ringtones 15% earning
- 1,000 to 2,000 20%
- 2,000 to 2,500 25%
- 2,500 to 3,000 30%
- 3,500 to 4,000 35%
- 4,000 plus 40%
When will I receive my share of ringtone sales?
When you have accumulated $50 in net sales, we will send your monies payable via PayPal.
We pay on the 15th of every month for net sales of over $50. On each payment date, you will receive an email notification indicating that a payment has been made to your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to create one upon notification of your first payment.
How do my fans/customers download my ringtones?
Fans preview the tones on your site. They select the ones they want and enter phone information (number, model, mobile carrier) - once the transaction is complete, the tone is sent immediately to the customer's phone. It arrives as a text message with a link to the actual ringtone. So, your customers need text messaging and mobile Internet services enabled.
Will BayShow help me promote my ringtones?
Yes, The BayShow features your tones on our highly-trafficked web site for up to 3 MONTHS!!
There will also be numerous syndication opportunities in the near future but it's up to you to achieve your own success through smart web/email promotion and aggressive grassroots/word-of-mouth tactics.
